Stall fronts and interior build-out in North Florida: what to know

The steel frame is the start; the stalls are what the horses live with. Interior build-out covers stall partitions, stall fronts with sliding or swing doors, kick boards or liners on the lower walls, aisle flooring and lighting. Some steel building contractors install all of it, and others hand over a dried-in shell for a stall supplier to finish. Ask early which way your contractor works, because liner attachment points and door headers are much easier to plan into the frame than to add after erection.
